About ALI Health Fairs
ALI Health Fairs was founded with a clear and compassionate mission: to revolutionize how communities connect with healthcare. We believe that access to preventive services shouldn’t be complicated, time-consuming, or stressful—it should be seamless, supportive, and centered around the real needs of the people. That’s why we’ve built a platform that brings essential health screenings and wellness resources directly into the heart of the community, through one of its most trusted pillars: local churches.
What sets ALI Health Fairs apart is our turnkey approach that takes the burden off of churches. We handle every detail—from designing and coordinating the event to sending out personalized invitations, managing promotions, and issuing press releases. Churches no longer need to worry about the logistics or the outreach. Participating churches can earn up to $45 per person who takes part in the health fair. Several churches have already partnered with ALI Health Fairs and are experiencing both the health and financial rewards—many even making it a recurring part of their yearly calendar.
Our events don’t just deliver screenings—they deliver peace of mind, education, and community connection. Whether it’s checking blood pressure, learning about diabetes prevention, or connecting with a new healthcare provider, participants walk away feeling supported and seen. And thanks to our founder’s deep roots in community health, military service, and senior care, every fair is infused with purpose, professionalism, and personal touch one faith community at a time.
Our Founder
Alicia, the visionary founder of ALI Health Fairs, is a proud U.S. Army veteran whose commitment to service has carried over into every chapter of her professional life. With over a decade of experience as a Health Educator in the correctional system, she spent 13 years delivering critical health education and support to underserved populations—cultivating not only deep expertise in public health but also a strong sense of compassion and advocacy for marginalized communities.
Rooted in a lifelong passion for improving the well-being of others, Alicia’s journey into community health outreach was inspired both by her military discipline and her mother's legacy of service. Today, she honors that legacy by leading four active senior social groups originally founded by her mother—providing engagement, education, and support for older adults throughout the community and continues to champion the importance of connection, dignity, and preventive care for aging populations.
As the founder of ALI Health Fairs, Alicia combines her background in business development and community engagement to create high-quality, convenient, and compassionate health fairs that empower individuals to take charge of their health, one faith community at a time.
